Get Ready for Workplace Changes Under the New Administration

Date: Wednesday, March 1, 2017
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
President Trump wants regulatory reform, including a review of the old rules before implementing new regulations. We will discuss what will be scrapped and what will be kept but changed. In addition, we'll review new regulations that the Administration may be in favor of implementing. Finally, we'll work through the timing of anticipated changes so that you can determine how to handle any repercussions to your business.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Understand the impact on the insurance market and your company's healthcare if the Affordable Care Act is repealed, and what a replacement plan may look like.
Identify recent rules from the National Labor Relations Board that may be impacted under the new Administration, like the broadened definition of joint employer.
Recognize how the Department of Labor's posture could change with employers, and what that means for your business.
Understand where a technology solution can be leveraged to keep your business on track as new regulations evolve.
