Date: Thursday, July 12, 2018

The risks and rewards of using spreadsheets as the primary tool in the budgeting process are well understood by the Office of the CFO. Spreadsheets are unsuited to this new world which means transitioning to a budgeting and planning solution that can offer more accuracy, control, collaboration, and compliance.
This webinar will focus on several topics, including:
Challenges with legacy spreadsheets that are used to build budgets
Warning signs that your business has outgrown spreadsheets
Benefits of budgeting & planning software
Practical first steps towards best practice budgeting, including vendor selection
