How to increase employee compliance without being the bad cop

Date: Wednesday, January 30, 2019
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
When your job includes controlling employee spend, it can be hard to keep everyone on the same page and in line with rules and regulations. Without clear guidelines, spending can get out of control, forcing the Finance Manager to find new ways to enforce them. Saying “no” becomes a regular part of the job, and it doesn’t feel good.
In this webinar you’ll learn:
How to set financial policies that are employee- and company-friendly
How to get buy-in from the management team
How to set up easy-to-manage processes that ensure compliance
How to handle the outliers
