Kenneth’s experience includes positions within finance, accounting, management and consulting where he has led critical business planning, forensic analysis and strategy initiatives. As a senior leader, financial expert and business partner, Kenneth builds enterprise value by moving ideas from concept to execution by partnering with sales, marketing and operations to identify new revenue streams and profit opportunities that increase EBITDA and expand the business footprint. His prior experience has included leading the company-wide annual budget and quarterly re-forecasting process for a billion dollar marketing communications company that delivered inventive advertising, direct marketing and interactive solutions to prominent brands across North America. He has managed teams responsible for leading corporate and business level analytics including coordinating and leading the annual financial and capital budgeting process, various ad-hoc and standard reporting to senior management and board level executives. Currently, he is the President and CEO of Pierce The Fog, LLC a website dedicated to providing users with tips, tricks, and new ideas to accelerate their careers, improve their lives and enhance the profitability of their businesses. Prior to that, he was the CFO, VP of Finance & Analysis for a digital marketing agency focused on the specialty medical market.

Fred Studer joins FinancialForce with over two decades of senior leadership experience at notable companies such as Gigamon, NetSuite, Microsoft, and Oracle. Most recently as CMO of Gigamon, Fred led a brand refresh and improved sales productivity and channel activation. As CMO of NetSuite he redefined the company’s enterprise strategy, leading worldwide marketing initiatives that drove product awareness and adoption.

Prior to NetSuite, Fred spent 8 years as General Manager of the U.S. Microsoft Office and Dynamics Businesses. He went on to lead the company’s worldwide marketing and go-to-market strategy, and spearheaded the execution of Microsoft Dynamics’ CRM and ERP lines. Responsible for a multi-functional team, Fred’s leadership and drive proved instrumental in the team’s ability to deliver innovative business and marketing strategies on a global scale.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Fred received his B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a board member of the University Of Colorado Leeds School Of Business.
