How A Strong Finance / HR Partnership Delivers Business Value

Date: Thursday, May 7, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Finance and HR have the unique opportunity to work hand in hand. Frequently HR reports up through the finance department forcing superficial collaboration, but all too often the departments work at cross purposes or simply pass like ships in the night. The two groups may never realize that together they have the power to meaningfully improve financial results through better people management, process and collaboration.

Join us and our two speakers, a many-time CFO and a VP of Employee Success as they discuss how finance and HR together can drive strategic goals through the organization, provide for effective and headache free headcount planning, drive rational compensation management, improve information visibility to make better business decisions and collaborate to deliver better business results. This is about taking your most expensive and valuable assets, your people, and helping them and the company do better.

By attending this event you will learn about the latest effective strategies for finance and HR working together to drive enterprise value, including specific frameworks, approaches and examples.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Recognize how finance and HR can work together for more effective business results
Identify key roadblocks that get in the way of collaboration
Discuss best practices for driving strategic goals and corporate planning throughout the organization
