Today's Successful Businesses are Only as Agile as the Technology that Drives Them

Date: Wednesday, September 30, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
More than three-quarters (75%) of accounting firms feel technology will shape their ability to provide services and add value to their existing and future clients within the next five years. The new role for finance is centered on business intelligence, predictive analytics, strategic business partnership, organizational efficiency, business agility and enterprise insights.

The finance function also needs to design a robust operating model that can adapt to new demands, quickly allocate budgets for growth in new markets or new products and react promptly to a competitor's move. However, unless the finance department gets its core functions to run smoothly, there's little scope for taking on more strategic responsibilities. Companies need to focus on both efficiency and innovation, concurrently. To meet the challenge of this dual mandate — cutting costs and generating growth — CFOs need a radically new approach to managing all of the finance functions in an enterprise today.

This webinar will answer these questions:
  • How can financial consultants & accountants prepare for the new accounting trends that will drive change in the enterprise over the next 5 years?
  • What are the key accounting trends to watch for over the next couple of years
  • Key technology enablers in the field of accounting that you must absolutely be familiar with
