Shahid Ahmed is a Partner at PwC where he leads the Emerging Technology and IoT Practice. Previously, Shahid was the Managing Director with Accenture, where he had P&L responsibility for North America's Communications business Practice and helping to start the Accenture Cisco Business Group. In February 2011, Shahid was appointed as an Advisor to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Technical Advisory Council advising on technology issues facing the United States. Shahid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Elmhurst College and a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University. He resides in Chicago.

Gilbert Garcia has been in the Microsoft Ecosystem for the past 6 years, and in his current role heads up the Manufacturing and CPG practices for the US Dynamics Organization. Mr. Garcia has spent his entire career working with ERP, CRM and Supply Chain components with a focus on manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods. His history includes leadership positions with ASK, Marcam, Baan and Oracle covering Latin America, Western Europe and now the US. In his current role at Microsoft he drives the Industry Partner Program for the US for Mfg. and CPG, and is responsible for defining and delving on the solutions stacks for 8 verticals within those sectors. His background in process and discrete ERP make him an excellent resource for partners and customers looking for direction and success in the sectors he covers.
