The Key Ingredient to Great Management Reporting That Finance Teams are Missing: Going Beyond the Numbers

Date: Thursday, August 31, 2017
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Management teams demand data. Without current information on business performance, decisions can’t be made. That’s why finance teams are constantly called upon to provide leadership teams with the latest data: sales figures, cashflow, operating expenses, revenue forecasts - the list goes on. But there’s one thing that’s even more important to management teams than information--and that’s insight.

Join Rob Blake, financial reporting expert and VP Product Management at Certent, as he discusses how adding the story behind the numbers and providing strategic guidance to management-level reporting can help you bring game-changing insight to the boardroom table.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Understand the state of management reporting today
Discuss the benefits of adding insight to information
Learn how automated reporting frees up finance teams to gather valuable insight
Execute strategic decision making based on narrative reporting
