The New Age of Outsourcing: Then vs. Now and How You Can Expect More from BPO

Date: Thursday, June 25, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Until recently, the major driver behind outsourcing was simple – keeping costs low. Labor arbitrage and the “lift and shift” model are now "out". Transformation is "in". Businesses are no longer making decisions based on cost alone. There are many other business factors such as client interaction/intimacy, business knowledge, agility, and service quality that come into play. Join BPO experts from Capgemini to explore this new world and discuss:

  • The Evolution: How outsourcing has changed (transformation is the new transaction) and progressing target operating models
  • The Multi-Step Journey: Knowing where you want to go and how BPO can guide you there
  • The Metrics that Matter: How do you measure success...value, efficiency, effectiveness and control
  • The Proof: What are the empirical benefits of the journey? Examples of real-life success stories
After attending this event you will be able to:
Recognize what BPO is today and how outsourcing has changed
Identify how you measure business success related to BPO
List empirical benefits of BPO
