In his role as Vice President and Head of Americas Solutions and Commercials at Capgemini BPO, Marcus is responsible for solution design, due diligence and negotiations for companies in the Financial Services, Telecoms, IT, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Media & Entertainment and High Tech sectors globally. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting area (F&A), both in consulting and outsourcing and has experience in working across industries as well as building industry experience in Financial Services, Technology and Manufacturing.

Prior to his experience in outsourcing, he spent 10 years as a Management Consulting specialized in Finance Transformation, both in Europe and in the US. Marcus holds an MBA in International Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing and French from the University of San Francisco.

Kari is a Principal/Senior Director with Capgemini BPO. She is also the Engagement Director for key BPO clients in the food, publishing and financial services industries. She also leads the Innovation Stream for the consumer products, retail and distribution group.

Kari has more than 18 years experience in consulting and BPO, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth. As an Account Manager, Kari has a track record of developing relationships with clients and key decision makers. She has guided major projects to the achievement of business goals with tangible financial outcomes. Prior to joining Capgemini in 2006, Kari was a Senior Manager with Accenture.
