Few would dispute the need for technology, but just like any capital expenditure investing in the “latest and greatest” has to have a strong relationship to the business at hand and contribute to that business’s risk adjusted return.

Bill is Group CFO for the Oil and Gas Operations within MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ) an infrastructure construction company. The Oil and Gas Group is primarily engaged in pipeline and facilities construction and maintenance in North America. Bill’s early career centered in manufacturing with Motorola and various large European multinationals and the past decade has been focused in construction for Electric and Gas Transmission and Distribution and most recently in the Oil and Gas market. His Finance and Administration responsibilities have included I/T leadership, integrating multiple acquisitions and consistently trying to maximize the quality and timeliness of information from the various systems. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Tracy is vice president and chief accounting officer for USEC Inc., a global energy company and supplier of enriched uranium fuel for commercial nuclear power plants. He is currently responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and tax functions; including policy, operations, compliance and financial reporting. Tracy has more than 25 years of business experience in finance, accounting and project management with broad industry experiences in the areas of R&D technology, manufacturing, engineering, energy, construction, real estate, government contracting, international telecommunications, and public accounting. His leadership experience as a financial professional has supported new start-up ventures, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, troubled restructurings, and Fortune 500 companies. His experience also includes the development, implementation and operations of Hyperion, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Deltek and SAP systems.

Mey earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and a master of business administration degree from The George Washington University. He is a certified public accountant and a certified managerial accountant.

John has over 25 years of finance, IT and management experience. As Assistant Controller of Quest Diagnostics, he is responsible for the financial operations and controls of multiple business units in the Western Region.

Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, he was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for DST Output, where he was responsible for capital planning and reporting. Additionally, at DST, he was engaged in a multiple year, multiple entity implementation of a large ERP package. Prior to DST Output, John served as Controller of Moore Corporation’s Shared Services unit, building the reporting and control infrastructure of the newly formed business model.

Throughout his career, he has managed multiple aspects of financial systems implementation from in-house systems to large ERP solutions. John earned his BBA degree in Accounting from Niagara University and is a certified public accountant.

He is the past president of the Folsom, CA council of the Knights of Columbus, and currently serves on the board of directors as treasurer.

Meg has 20+ years of Accounting and IT systems experience across a wide spectrum of organizations and industries. From large global organizations such as Qualex (a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak), Black and Decker, and The Body Shop to mid-sized and smaller organizations like IEM, the Public Works Commission of Fayetteville, L&M Companies, Texfi Industries, and Carolina Parachute Corporation, her career has been focused on ensuring that the right technology is employed to support each company’s strategic goals as well as the informational needs of stakeholders.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from Averette University, and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill. She is a North Carolina CPA, a Certified IT Professional (CITP), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) through the AICPA .She also holds a Master’s Certification in IT Project Management from Villanova University.

Bruce has acquired over 20 years of corporate and banking experience in all aspects of treasury and financial management by successfully tackling major assignments in such areas as treasury operations, cash management, strategic planning, credit, Treasury and systems enhancements as well as the design of operating and capital budgets and forecasts. His many consulting assignments have improved the treasury operations, cash and working capital management capabilities for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to starting the Financial Executives Consulting Group, he was a Managing Director of Greenwich Treasury Advisors, a treasury and risk management consulting firm. Also, he was a Vice President of Bankers Trust and Director of Cash Management for Ogden Corporation. During his many assignments he has worked in countries throughout Asia, Africa and Europe and with all levels of management up to and including the CEO level.

He has an Industrial Engineering degree from Lehigh University, a MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business and is certified as a Treasury Professional (CTP) by 14,000 members Association for Financial Processionals (AFP).
