Date: Thursday, September 10, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Mergers and acquisitions are a consistent occurrence across most businesses. Successfully integrating two businesses is a goal that is achieved with varying degrees of success. An ERP application is typically at the core of any major integration activity. Given the variety of business objectives of these transactions there is not a “one size fits all” ERP strategy that can be used. What are the alternatives available and how do you chose the right strategy based on your objectives?

Join this webinar to see how West Monroe Partners is helping clients navigate these decisions and execute an effective ERP strategy for a successful Merger or Acquisition.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Identify the components of the business integration strategy that impact your ERP strategy

List examples of ERP strategy alternatives
