Darrell Kalichak is the Enterprise Presales Manager for FinancialForce’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) product line. Darrell has been a part of the PSA product since its inception (2009) and has worked with some of FinancialForce’s largest customers, helping their services delivery organizations understand how to successfully combine people, process, and tooling in the correct proportions to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their services delivery business.

Prior to joining FinancialForce, Darrell served as Senior Domain Specialist for Borland Software’s Requirements Definition and Management product line. Darrell also spent nine years at CA serving in various customer-facing capacities.Darrell is a graduate of the Auburn University School of Engineering (Computer Engineering).
