She has over 20 years of experience providing consulting services around ERP and CRM systems to clients in financial, government, retail, healthcare, insurance, textile, food and beverage, oil and gas, and nonprofit industries. As a PMP-certified project manager, Joanne have extensive experience leading lifecycle management of projects and solutions delivery for high-priority initiatives.
