The Power of the Connected Enterprise – Linking Finance and Operations

Date: Wednesday, October 26, 2016
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT There are no CPE Credits for this Solution Demonstration.
Operational business models typically aren’t aligned with the financial plans and forecasts. Planning and modeling “what-if” scenarios happens in all departments, not just Finance. Other departments are often modeling scenarios that could be material to the overall corporate plan. It’s rare, though, that the departmental modeling is systematically connected to the overall corporate plan and forecasts.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Build operational models that align Finance and Operations
Perform interactive query and analysis
Model what-if scenarios and understand key business drivers
