She started her career as a stock broker, and currently serves as a Client Service Manager with Certent, where she serves as an administrator for pre-IPO and public companies, performs ASC 718 accounting, and prepares financial reporting including Statements of Shareholder’s Equity, Equity Disclosures and Proxy Statements.
