PwC Presents: Motivating Employees with the Right Equity Incentives

Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT There are no CPE Credits for this Solution Demonstration.
Conventional thinking says that equity awards will motivate employees to produce results that lead to increased shareholder value. But, in reality, many obstacles get in the way – design defects, insufficient employee education, and demographic or generational disconnects, just to name a few. This webinar will dive into many of the factors at play in designing and executing equity compensation programs that speak to what really motivates each of your company’s key employee demographics. Discover differences in the perceptions of equity incentives across generations (Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, Millennials), and cultures across the globe.

Our featured speaker, Bill Dunn, Partner in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Human Resource practice, who leads the US firm's executive compensation practice, will help your company better understand:

  • How and when equity compensation recipients measure value
  • The specific impacts of generational attitudes on perceptions of incentive compensation
  • Tactics for tailoring equity awards to different cultures across your global workforce
  • Actionable advice for addressing these challenges with an appropriate equity distribution approach
After attending this event you will be able to:
Understand how to design specific equity incentive programs that resonate with key employee demographics
Discover the specific impacts of generational attitudes on employee perceptions of equity incentive compensation
Understand how to effectively educate employees regarding the value of equity compensation
