Keith Bergman is an international treasury advisor with 33 years of experience working with multinational corporations, top-tier financial institutions and software vendors including included BM, P&G, Ford, Siemens, HP, GE, AIG, Barrick Gold, Haas Group International, Huawei and OmniSource . He is deeply experienced in cash management, cash positioning and cash flow forecasting, a specialist in financial and derivative accounting as it relates to ASC 815, 820, IFRS 9 and 13, and his experience encompasses business consulting, software development and TMS implementation.

Throughout his career has successfully advised clients on hedging accounting relative to foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity instruments. He has advised on the formation of treasury accounting departments, defined accounting treatments, designed management dashboards along with defining cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting processes and best practices. Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
