Kim is a 15 year technology veteran with experience in enterprise software applications including CRM, multichannel customer service, marketing automation, and ERP. Odom is currently the Director of Vertical Marketing, Software at NetSuite Inc. In this role she is responsible for deepening NetSuite’s penetration in the software industry and evangelizing the NetSuite Cloud to software company financial, sales, marketing and service leaders. Prior to NetSuite she worked at Contactual, a SaaS provider of customer interaction management solutions, where she was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy. During her tenure at Contactual, Odom played a key role in driving 65% bookings growth which led to Contactual’s acquisition by 8x8 Inc. in 2011. Her extensive background in technology also includes roles in Product Marketing, Product Management and Channel Sales with start-up, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies.
