When it comes to managing cash flow across the enterprise, most companies are underserved by their existing revenue operations models. Disparate tools and cumbersome manual processes are all too common across all lines of business, significantly impacting the CFO’s insight into critical finance data and the business as a whole. Companies need a holistic approach to revenue operations to tie together all data, systems and resources that impact revenue as it traverses the enterprise.

Join Aberdeen Group along with finance and technology leaders as they introduce new research that uncovers what defines best-in-class revenue operations management in business today. We’ll examine how leading companies are rethinking the way they manage revenue across the enterprise by adopting three guiding principles for revenue operations innovation (automation, integration and insight) to drive inefficiencies out of the business.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Understand the benefits of an end-to-end approach to revenue operations
Learn the principles that underpin successful revenue operations models and learn how leading companies are implementing them
Explore real world examples of how Fortune 500 companies improve revenue flow, increase efficiencies and foster collaborative, strategic business planning from industry experts and practitioners

Event Sponsor goTransverse
goTransverse - goTransverse was founded in 2008 by billing veterans who saw an opportunity to make sophisticated billing available to more businesses. Previously, activity- or usage-based billing models required multimillion dollar investments in systems implementation and maintenance fees. goTransverse looked to the cloud to provide a lower cost of entry, accelerated deployment, and real-time data insight to businesses that were previously priced-out. In 2011, goTransverse launched TRACT Billing, the all-in-one activity, rating/metering, and subscription billing software as a service (SaaS) platform. The key differentiator for TRACT is activity-based billing, which allows users to view customer activity in real-time and bill for usage. Customers are using TRACT to monetize and quickly bring to market new products and services, realize greater revenue, and increase customer loyalty by making billing a more strategic tool.
