Len is a seasoned expert in helping clients analyze their business practices to remove obstacles and thus improve processes and add value to the enterprise. Len regularly manages projects or plays a key role to define requirements, improve processes and help clients choose and use software to gain greater efficiencies. He brings a high energy level, enthusiasm and creative ideas to problem solving. He has also led the design of a global financial/ERP system for a large multinational corporation. In addition, Len has co-designed and co-delivered client training programs on Change Management, Process Improvement and Project Management.

Wayne is currently the president of of SBA * Consulting which focuses on providing CxO services to the mid-market companies. Wayne also currently serves as the as CIO for the United Safe Boating Institute as well as the CIO and a Director for the Association for Rescue at Sea (AFRAS). Previously Mr. Spivak was part of the Adjunct Faculty of Lehman College, City University of New York where for ten years where he taught several Accounting and Accounting Information Systems courses. He is an experienced panelist and speaker at numerous events in the Finance, Academic and Legal areas, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pace University.
