Jason has previously held positions in sales and finance at UPS, US XChange (which was ultimately acquired by Earthlink), and BusinessEdge Solutions (which was acquired by EMC), and served as the VP of Finance and CFO at Adtegrity.com. Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for Adtegrity and served on the Advisory Board for Aerify Media (AerServ), a leading mobile and app advertising company. Jason has been a member of the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) CFO Council since its inception while also sitting on the Networks and Exchanges Committee.

Kiwiplan is a global software company serving the packaging industry and Signode Service is a Parts and Service business supporting a range of ITW manufacturing products in various industries . Kathy has over 24 years of accounting and finance experience, including approximately 13 years at Arthur Andersen, 5 years in private industry and 6 years with ITW. Kathy was on the software selection team that chose and implemented NetSuite into Kiwiplan’s 5 global units.
