Marc Linden has more than 20 years of finance, business strategy, and general management experience. As CFO, Marc oversees the company's financial and administrative organizations. Prior to Intacct, Marc spent four years as CFO for Mirapoint, Inc., a leader in secure appliance solutions for messaging. He also served as general manager of Openwave's messaging business unit. He has also held positions in corporate development and planning at Octel, served as Vice President of business development and CFO for Global Village / OneWorld, and began his career in the technology practice at McKinsey & Company. Marc holds an economics degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jeff Haslow has over 20 years of experience as a finance executive for private middle market and high growth companies. Jeff is currently CFO of The Knowland Group, a Washington, D.C., based SaaS provider of software, data, and analytics for the hospitality industry. During his tenure, Knowland has been ranked multiple times on the Inc. 500 and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. Over his career, Jeff has raised over $75M in equity financing and secured over $150M in debt financing. Prior to Knowland Group, Jeff held senior finance positions with Ocean Atlantic Companies, Monogram Building and Design, and was VP of Finance when four companies merged to form eMotion, a pioneer in hosted software solutions for digital media management. Jeff is a CPA and received a bachelor’s degree in business and biology from Adrian College and a Master of Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
