Lori Ellsworth is the general manager of Professional Services Automation (PSA) at In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s PSA product strategy, vision and high-level roadmap. She also manages market-facing responsibilities including Go-To-Market plans, PSA sales enablement and the successful roll out of FinancialForce PSA applications to customers. Lori has an extensive background in product strategy and management, with over 14 years of experience in the PSA industry. A frequent presenter at industry conferences, Lori is a recognized thought leader in the fields of PSA and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).

Prior to joining, Lori was responsible for the global Changepoint business unit within Compuware, where she helped drive product strategy, marketing and sales execution to pursue the services market. She also previously worked for a variety technology organizations including Compuware, PTC Integrity (formerly MKS) and Speedware Corporation. Lori holds an MBA from York University and a Bachelor of Math from the University of Waterloo.

Darrell Kalichak is a Principal Sales Engineer for FinancialForce working exclusively with their Professional Services Automation (PSA) product line. In this role, Darrell has worked with some of FinancialForce’s largest customers, helping their services delivery organizations understand how to successfully combine people, process, and tooling in the correct proportions to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their services delivery business.

Prior to joining FinancialForce, Darrell served as Senior Domain Specialist for Borland Software’s Requirements Definition and Management product line. Darrell also spent nine years at CA serving in various customer-facing capacities. Darrell is a graduate of the Auburn University School of Engineering (Computer Engineering).
