Dan Feely is the Managing Partner and Founder of TSI, a rapidly-growing performance improvement consultancy. In his career, Dan has led well over 100 business and IT transformation projects, while averaging over 10 software evaluation and selection (and many implementation) projects each year. Dan started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he spent the majority of his time performing operational and technology review and improvement projects in a number of industries in the US and England.

Dan has taught Process Improvement and Strategic Planning courses in the Executive Education Departments on behalf of the University of California — Berkeley, Michigan State University — Broad School of Management and the University of Chicago. Dan received his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Operations Management/Information Systems from Northern Illinois University graduating with academic and athletic honors. He also serves on the board of Northern Illinois University — College of Business, NIU Executive’s Club, and in an advisory capacity for several Chicago-based companies and non-profit organizations. Dan has spoken for a number of organizations including Ziff-Davis, Proformative, the International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC), Educause and others.

Ben Kang is currently a Senior Product Marketing Manager at NetSuite and has prior work experience in both the software industry and professional services. Prior to NetSuite, Ben performed product marketing for Oracle Corporation, supporting software sales of corporate finance modeling and planning products to companies around the world. Prior to working in the software industry, Ben worked as a consultant and accountant at Deloitte, where he earned his CPA while serving the financial services industry. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
