Ken is a CPA and is currently chief financial officer at Teachscape, a K-12 educational SaaS company. Ken joined Teachscape in 2009, and oversees the company's financial operations and was previously the chief financial officer at Livescribe, an Oakland-based builder of the first interactive, educational "smart pen." Before Livescribe, Ken was a vice president of Accretive Solutions, the largest privately-held accounting and finance consultancy in the U.S. Prior to Accretive Solutions, Ken spent 16 years in a variety of finance leadership positions with Chevron Corporation, including a three-year international assignment in Angola. Ken received his B.A. from Colorado State University.

Gregg Leach is the Chief Financial Officer of Able Engineering and Component Services, Inc., an aircraft component repair and overhaul company, Able Aerospace, Inc. which designs and sells aircraft parts and Execute to Win, LLC, a software company that connects employees to strategy and culture to drive sustainable winning results. Prior to his current position, he was the Chief Information Officer for Southwest Kidney Institute and Regional IT Manager with Renal Care Group, Inc. He began his career with KPMG accounting firm. Gregg holds an Accounting and Management Information Services degree from the University of Arizona and is a CPA.

Marc Linden has more than 20 years of finance, business strategy, and general management experience. As CFO, Marc oversees the company's financial and administrative organizations. Prior to Intacct, Marc spent four years as CFO for Mirapoint, Inc., a leader in secure appliance solutions for messaging. He also served as general manager of Openwave's messaging business unit. He has also held positions in corporate development and planning at Octel, served as Vice President of business development and CFO for Global Village / OneWorld, and began his career in the technology practice at McKinsey & Company. Marc holds an economics degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
