International Transfer Pricing: Core Issues and Best Practices

Date: Friday, November 6, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
Complying with international transfer pricing guidelines is challenging at best. Today, more than 60 governments have adopted and vigorously enforce transfer pricing rules. Unfortunately, these regulations are not consistent across jurisdictions, and they are all constantly evolving.

Companies of all sizes need to ensure that their international transactions are compliant with transfer pricing guidelines, robust enough to stand up to increased scrutiny from tax authorities, and designed to mitigate unintended tax exposures.

Join a renowned international tax expert in the arenas of domestic and international transfer pricing as he reveals:
  • How to gain a better understanding of where your current international transfer pricing policies are creating tax exposures for your company
  • A practical approach to effective and compliant transfer pricing
  • Specific advice for how to competitively and compliantly price your cross-border intercompany transactions
  • Lessons learned from companies that did not understand the implications of noncompliance with international transfer pricing guidelines

This event will provide valuable insight into the world of transfer pricing, exposing potential pitfalls and shedding light on how to improve your practices.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Recognize your company’s existing transfer pricing obligations in the U.S. and other countries
Assess and manage your transfer pricing risks
Identify your company’s transfer pricing approach compared to sample intercompany transactions
Recognize ongoing transfer pricing developments
