Turbo-Charging 2015 Growth Across The Enterprise: How Finance Leaders Drive Success

Date: Thursday, January 15, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
As companies gear up for growth in 2015, finance leaders face the dilemma of how to lead aggressive growth initiatives without compromising profitability, customer relationships, and the speed and quality of execution. A lack of visibility and collaboration across the enterprise impacts the ability of finance leaders to deliver on company growth initiatives that meet key strategic objectives.

Whether pursuing growth through acquisition, international expansion, or the launching of new products and services, Finance leaders are often forced to try and keep up with increasing demands using systems that were never designed to accommodate changes quickly and affordably, and often dictate rather than support business practices.

Discover how Finance leaders have leveraged technology to improve collaboration across the enterprise, increase visibility into key areas across the enterprise including HR, Sales and Marketing, and how this 20/20 vision is empowering their companies to achieve sustainable business growth while improving employee productivity at a reasonable economic cost.
