Experienced finance and operations executive of over 30 years, Bepsy has been instrumental in driving business goals, start-up operations, strategic transactions and turnaround initiatives. Bepsy has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of a private industrial company, Corporate Controller of a fast paced Internet start-up retail company, and the Practice leader of a Risk Consulting and Advisory Services of a national public accounting organization. Her industry knowledge include retail, distribution, scientific instrumentation, manufacturing semiconductor, digital wireless telecommunications and networking companies with US and International operations. One of recent consulting engagements was to manage a dispersed multi-disciplinary professional project team to deploy an early payment program for a $14B worldwide electronic data storage provider.

Bepsy has a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and a Finance MBA from California State University, Hayward. She has authored articles and participated in expert panels on risk advisory and compliance topics.
