Mike Willis is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has more than 30 years of accounting and auditing experience. He has served in a number of roles within the XBRL community, including Founding Chairman, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the International Steering Committee. Mike has also played a founding role in the AICPA and Grant Thornton in the development of national and international consortia working to develop broad corporate reporting frameworks and related taxonomies. Mike has been interviewed for or published articles on how to develop a more efficient and effective business reporting supply chain, in a range of business periodicals including the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Business Week, Wall Street & Technology, FEI Magazine, CFO Magazine, Journal of Accountancy and CIO Magazine.

Rob leverages more than 20 years of business reporting and enterprise software development expertise in his current role as Director of Product Management for Certent’s Disclosure Management solution, a Cloud-based application that helps companies improve their XBRL and regulatory reporting process. He is globally recognized as a founder and expert in XBRL with active involvement in the standard dating back to its founding in 1999. Rob has also been instrumental in helping the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission advance its XBRL initiatives by serving as Product Manager for their original and forthcoming new XBRL viewers, as well as the initial US GAAP XBRL taxonomy project.

Rob spent 2 years with a financial institution and 4 years with a Big Eight accounting firm prior to moving into the business reporting and technology space. He received his B.S.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Akron (OH).

Ray Ong is an accounting professional with almost 10 years of public accounting and SEC reporting experience. He was the project manager of the initial Disclosure Management implementation. Ray participates in FASB taxonomy group, and serves as our in-house EDGAR subject matter expert. Ray has also managed accounting professionals assisting filers with SEC/XBRL requirements. Currently, Ray is in charge of Certent’s Disclosure Management SEC filing quality, and provides guidance to filers on complex XBRL and EDGAR filing requirements
