Kathi hails to us from RoseRyan, a leading regional consulting firm in the Bay Area that specializes in finance and accounting. She has served in multiple roles as CFO, Controller, and Director of Finance for several companies, and in that role has been responsible for all accounting and finance functions. In those roles she manages planning, cash flow, financial analysis, financial reporting, GL, revenue recognition, AP, AR, Payroll, Inventory accounting, compliance, and more. Creating board packages, preparing forecasts, managing expenses and preparing for audits are old hat to her. She’s worked with various accounting systems and has managed ERP implementations. She has worked with Aimmune Therapeutics, Audentes Therapeutics, Vivus, Inc., The Gap and Charles Scwhab, among others. She has a BS in Accounting degree from California State University, Chico.
