As the founding head of software at FileNet, Dave’s team created the world’s first production Enterprise Content Management System (ECM), and the world’s first Business Process Management (BPM) software. Dave was the founding CEO of YouMail, the second largest independent voicemail and smart phone personal digital assistant app. Dave was also Chairman of Zeacom Inc., a leading SMB contact center company. Dave has spearheaded strategic alliances of leading technology companies including Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft. Dave has an undergraduate degree in computer science from UC Riverside and has an MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the UC Irvine Merage School of Business.

Mark is responsible for Intacct’s product positioning, messaging, and go to market strategies with a focus on the software and SaaS industry. Prior to Intacct he marketed mobile collaboration applications for Cisco Systems, specializing in cloud, BYOD, mobile devices and applications, and wireless technologies. Earlier in his career, he worked as a CPA at a large public accounting firm with experience in taxation, audit, forensic accounting, and litigation support with a focus in the sports, entertainment, gaming, and hospitality industries. Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
