CT Networks is a Telephone dealer that has expanded their line of services to both the IP world of telephony, but IT in general. As the telephone market has moved to the VOIP market, more and more vendors were forced into the IT field. This is one such vendor. There are only a handful of commercial grade phone systems, each requiring the vendor to have trained and experienced service personnel, sales engineers and sales people. Unfortunately, we found that this wasn't always the case. On the flip side of this issue is the fact that these systems are now made to do so many things that it is hard to really become an expert on any system and be up to snuff on every feature, some never used or rarely utilized by their clients. As such, sometimes our problems took longer to diagnose and repair then we liked, and since the sales engine was based around telemarketing, it occasionally had major impacts.
