ExpenseWatch is great at automating the purchasing approval workflow that takes place before you get to the purchasing department. My client needed a paperless workflow to integrate an approval hierarchy across 10 locations in three states. It was reasonably straightforward to set up. I was able to train all users remotely. EW can also handle the vendor "punch-out" if you need the "e-commerce" interface with vendors.

The employee expense report part of the system has great tools to reconcile downloaded credit card transactions made my employees.

Support staff are great at helping get set-up and providing ongoing tech support.
