Salesforce is a great CRM tool. It is not the easiest to learn, however, there are many tutorials online.

We have been able to add Inside Sales which is a hosted dialer program to Salesforce. The integration was amazingly easy and problem free. Probably due to the incredible effectiveness of the inside sales implementation staff.

Salesforce technical support has to be paid for monthly. Salesforce has incredible reporting functions that can be set up for delivery automatically.

Very solid, functional CRM product. We have not customized our SF.com instance but this is working well for our needs. There are some limitations (or add on package needed) if you do heavy e-mail marketing due to the limitations SF has, but for limited e-mailing, it is sufficient.

Easy implementation. Access to customer service questions within 24 hours. Customized to meet business needs. Tried other CRM systems, such as Zoho, but this had most functionality. Would recommend to others.
