We're a fast growing organization and without Xactly's Express product to manage our commissions, our finance team would be underwater. We aren't quite big enough for their full incent product, but the Express solution is perfect for our processing needs. We have essentially eliminated calculation errors and disputes between finance and our sales reps, and that in itself makes this an invaluable tool. It's fully integrated with Salesforce.com so we are able to pull commission data directly from the deals we close - huge time saver. Plus their service and support teams are out of this world.

Xactly is very user friendly. I've only been using Xactly for about three to four months. The tool is very easy to become familiar with for beginning users. I'm sure the Incent admin training helped as well.

Xactly Express is easy to implement, update and use. The commission estimator function allows reps to see how much individual deals will pay them before they are closed. This lets them focus on the deals that will give them highest payout.

Xactly is a powerful tool. It saves me a lot of time plus provides me with the correct numbers. Opportunity Estimator is a very good add-on within Xactly to check for the future commissions. All the calculations are available for the sales rep to view and check. So far, I have not heard any issues from any of the rep.

Xactly is a powerful tool. The product is very easy to use and helps in many different ways. You are able to track sales, put information out to a ton of employees, and just generally make the sales compensation cycle much easier. All of our employees rave about the ease of use and how much they love the product. Xactly rocks! I would recommend to everyone who has a business in sales. This product is a must have!

Xactly Express is an easy to use product for managing commission/incentive plans. We have multiple incentive plans for different sales teams across Europe. Each month we import won deals from Salesforce and manage them entirely within Xactly to calculate commission and bonuses. The product is fairly intuitive with good help screens and a very indepth knowledge base. It can be customised so that keywords/terminology used within your own company can be used within Xactly. We have complex plans which we have managed to incorporate and configure in Xactly Express and it makes my job easier to manage the plans and payments each quarter to all our European sales teams.

There are regular webinars and user group meeting arranged by Xactly where users in different companies share best practice and converse on developments in Express. The online videos are great to watch and very informative with clear chapters and objectives.

This is the first time I have used this product as previous incentive calculations were always done via Excel. The easy to use menu and drop downs make the management of incentive calculations simple, clear and efficient. Our sales teams use Express to view their commission statements and they have dashboards developed to see their current sales performance versus their targets.Its a great tool for motivating them as it shows how they are doing and they can easily access and view the commission statements and opportunities they are managing.

I look forward to the ongoing developments in Xactly Express! I am a big fan! Keep up the good work.

Xactly Express is an excellent product that has helped streamline our commission process. We started using Express this year and have been very impressed with how their system was able to adapt to our complex compensation plans. The implementation specialists and support staff are great to work with and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to compensation best practices. Our salesreps have been very happy with the ease of use and the information available in their pods. Additionally, the system is built into SalesForce and the data is all reportable in SFDC; dashboards and executive reports are all easily customized.

I really enjoy using xactly for my commision needs. Their program allows for quick and accurate access to the information i need to most to plan out my sales strategies. I would suggest this to any company that is looking for a streamlined and ever advancing program.

I have used Xactly Incent for over two years now. Before Xactly I used a home grown product which had its difficulties. Xactly Incent is very user-friendly and I was able to get it in place fairly quickly. The online workshops allowed me to expand my knowledge and experience in the tool. Overall it has been a great tool and I look forward to their new features in the future.

I have been a user of Xactly Incent for over a year now. Prior to Xactly, I used another sales comp management software product which was really difficult. That product did not offer the real-time visibility to compensation results like Xactly does. Xactly Incent is intuitive and user-friendly so I was able to get up to speed quickly. I also appreciate the automation Xactly’s software brings to the documentation process for the incentive plans. Additionally, Xactly offers classroom workshops that give users the knowledge, tools and practice needed to successfully calculate commissions and create incentive plans. Xactly Incent makes my job easier. I am a big fan!

I have been an Xactly user for over 5 years now at several companies, and can't say enough about the company and the product. Having experience with both Xactly Incent gives companies the ability to spend less time calculating commissions and more time designing effective compensation plans. One of the most tangible benefits is the ability to have real-time compensation visibility for sales and management. This seems to bring a waterfall of other benefits including increased sales motivation, efficiencies and automation surrounding the comp process and the ability to quickly change plans to incent the right behaviors for your business. Specifically, Xactly incent has brought a confidence to the sales team about their commissions that they have never had at the company before. They rely on the system now as the record and truth for their comp. When our business has made mid-year changes, I have been able to easily implement these in the system. This makes a huge impact on the company to be able to be flexible with our plans that our crucial to achieving our growth objectives. The company is also one of the most support and customer focused I've worked with. No matter what kind of issue I have, I am always able to talk to someone live within a few hours to help walk me through the problem. They also seem to have a vested interest in the features and functionality that their users are looking for. They use feedback mechanisms to allow their end users to help build product roadmaps and I have benefited greatly by seeing features being added that I had hoped for. It is refreshing to work with a company that remains so open about their product and continually strives to improve it.

I have been a huge fan of Xactly for over four years now, and they just keep adding more functionality. They have a great rapport with customers and add functionality based on customer needs and requests - they provide what we ask for and come up with things I didn't realize would be so useful. But my favorite thing about Xactly Corporation is their service and support. I have have found them consistently responsive and helpful. I'm never out there alone trying to figure something out - I have smart and friendly help available.
