Xactly Incent is a great product. If you've never used it before, you can tell by all the positive feedback in any blog you read about Xactly. It provides a great direct link between the Managers, Reps, Comp Analysts & most importantly, the data. But what i think makes this product stand out and above from the rest is the ability to build and run analytic dashboards and reports with all the data you put into Incent. Even better than that is the SUPERIOR SUPPORT that Xactly provides. Not only do they help you get your data right, but they also provide classes and certification to ensure you know how to manage, manipulate, process & deliver data and results.

We’ve completed implementation of Xactly Incent approximately six months ago. Since that time, Xactly continues to raise the bar on product development and design. Their client support team has been fantastic to work with and amazingly responsive. Before Incent, there were a myriad of processes, varying applications and little visibility into commission payments on a global scale. After Incent, we have visibility into commission payments with a better handle on cost-of-sale, roll-up/roll-over credit assignments and commission expense with deal-level details. Global visibility, multi-platform accessibility, and commission transparency – in a word, priceless.

Xactly Incent is a very robust compensation system that works very well if implemented correctly. I am currently in my second implementation of the system and the best thing I can tell someone getting ready to implement is to make sure you know how your compensation plans are set up, how and what you really want to pay your payees. Because of the different dimensions of commissions and how they are earned, released, paid etc. if you don't understand what you want to accomplish the implementation will be difficult. Trust yourself, your team and your Xactly programmer. I am in the fourth year of using this system and will continue to use it as long as it is available.

We are in our fourth year using Xactly Incent and it has proven very valuable for our company. It is a great tool for almost any compensation program, as mostly all plan features are customizable. The system is easy to use and modify on your own, but the Xactly Support team is also one of the best I've dealt with. From an end user perspective, having a detailed Incentive Statement available at their finger tips gives the sales team the visibility they need into their commissions while in the field. I'd highly recommend this product to any plan administrators looking to automate their company's compensation programs with efficiency and reliability.

It just simply makes my job a lot easier! Smooth workflow processes from setting up the configuration to reporting payout details for payroll. Calculations are processed quickly so having to process re-calcs do not pose a challenge!

We are near the finish line of final implementation. Xactly has provided great support throughout development. We are very excited that Sale Reps can focus more on Sales instead of auditing their commissions and tracking in self made Excel docs:( Sales reps and the entire Org can see the progress & results in real-time. Incent is way to go if you value time and money.

Our company loves Xactly. We switched over from another product that was inferior and before that we were doing it all in excel. For me is it very simple to create new comp plans in the system and run the calculations right through any time i want. I can easily report out of their Analytics module and trust the results of both the calculations and report.

This is a great product. But there is always room for improvement so I only give it four stars. It is easy for sales to follow their commissions and bonuses. The ability for sales to review their data on a mobile device from anywhere is a great functionality as they are never at their desk and can provide immediate feedback once their commissions and bonus are made available to them. The single sign on feature via Salesforce or OKTA also makes it easier for sales to access their data. As an administrator of Xactly, I find it easy to use and configure.

Xactly Incent is easy to use. Amazing tool and accuracy. As long as you build your compensation plan and know what is what - the rest is a pies of cake. Perfect compensation tool, recommend to everybody who is looking for such compensation tool. Xactly team presents a great support and development. We are using Incent 2 years. It provised such a great visibility to Sales organization so everybody feesl confident and proud for the work that has been done. Sales do more sales work instead of auding or validtating their commissions. Sales see the progression in their activities in real time. Xactly Incent is a great tool. It provides the sales reps great visibility to were they are against quota and what they are expected to get paid. We have eliminated a majority of the shadow accounting as well as adjustments after the period is closed and payment is made. Xactly provides great training opportunities as well as certifications of the tool. The service support is fantastic. The employees are willing to help you with issues any way they can.

Xactly Incent is a great product for Sales Compensation. They offer great training opportunities to learn the product onsite and offer webinars to update users on new features all the time. Once trained on the product, it offers the tools needed for Comp Admin's to process commissions efficiently and effectively in a timely manner. The Sales team loves that they receive real time data and can rely on the calculations within the system. They love that we can create custom reports based on their needs. Xactly Incent is great tool for both Comp Admins and the Sales Management and team. I am thankful that we utilize the product and I do not have to work with hundreds of spreadsheets a month.
