Commercial Landscaping Company in need of Software to replace Quickbooks

Matt Capozzi's Profile

We are trying to find a replacement for quick books that will allow us to do true job costing and get daily or weekly job cost reports.

Charging equipment on an hourly basis to projects is a must. It should work similar to a payroll module where the entire crew is entered (labor and equipment hours) and quantities are entered for work completed to develop our earned revenue.

Bonus question: Is there anyway a P/L or Income Statement revenue numbers can be derived from earned revenue quantities entered? I am currently using a cash basis and will need to switch next year.
