CFO for a manufacturer of cast products used in aerospace, transportation, lawn and garden, and other industries. Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, banking, receivables, payables, capital expenditures, budgeting and cash management. Privately held company.

Controller : ACUMENT GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES - [2007-12 to 2008-11]
Engineer and manufacture fasteners for a wide range of applications. Promoted to CFO from Controller based on results achieved. $75 million engineer and manufacture company divided into two Divisions with headquarters in Houston, TX. Five production Divisions located in Texas, Nebraska and California. Responsible for all financial and risk management for a Company that has increased sales by nearly 50% in the last three years. • Lead the implementation of an Information System (MACOLA) upgrade for Composite Products over a four-month period with minimal addition to staffing during conversion. Hands on experience with hardware and software. • Managed vendor and lender relations during a dramatic decline in business caused by spiraling steel costs. Controller : GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER CO. - [1976-09 to 1996-08]
Progressive track record with a Fortune 100 Company. Promoted to Plant Controller at one of the newest plants Goodyear has built from a Subsidiary. Manufacturer of rubber hose and semi finished material transferred within company. Plant produced $70 million in annual sales revenue. • Participated in the implementation of a MRP package utilizing MAPICS software. • Selected by Executive Management to participate on team on acquisition target. Visited their corporate headquarters and plant sites for evaluation of financial and information systems. Responsible for all accounting including cost, A/P, payroll, budgeting, income statement estimating, variance analysis, etc.
