Guide startups to develop and execute new product and technology strategies. Guide development and implementation of operating plans. Advise and support fundraising. Build bottom-up financial models, operating plans, and other artifacts used in fundraising and go-to-market strategies.

• As interim CFO, led equity strategy for waste energy client’s $25M demo waste gasification facility.
• Guided smart building automation CEO through business repositioning, leading to $1M in seed capital from strategic projects and National Science Foundation grants.

Recruited to help repurpose newly-acquired publicly-traded shell company to enter energy services and technology businesses. Responsible for development of energy projects, strategic alliances, and setting direction for technology development. Identified and screened potential acquisition targets.

Founded company and developed plans and strategy. Built management and technical teams. Managed capital planning and fundraising. Developed business from concept on a napkin with nascent university technology into private equity funded solar venture. Presented extensively to investors in California, New York, and London.

As an experienced Project Manager, led projects in worldwide mission-critical supply chain management and service delivery organizations. Managed worldwide supply chain systems, development teams, and applications for Hewlett Packard’s and Agilent’s most extensive and complex supply chain, serving all product lines.
