Responsible for the vision, leadership, finance and operations of this company built to create and support a community for corporate finance and accounting professionals.

CFO : VUDU - [2007-06 to 2008-08]
Responsible for accounting, finance, legal, HR and administrative operations for this venture-backed video-on-demand company. Raised a massive up round in a tough environment, created the G&A underpinnings of the company and positioned it for growth.

CFO : Encirq - [2005-03 to 2007-05]
Responsible for fundraising and all things Accounting, Finance, HR, IT and Operations. Raised significant upround venture funding from one of the pre-eminent venture funds in the country.

CFO : BlackPearl - [2003-04 to 2004-12]
Led funding, Finance, and Administration in a venture-backed software company developing sales and marketing applications for Global 500 Financial Services companies.
