In addition to my experience as CFO for Lyris, and previously Exigen Capital, Magellan Navigation, & Encover, I spent five years at Adecco, rising to Division CFO (NYSE: ADO - $2B Division of $20B of Adecco SA, global staffing/HR Consulting company), and spent nearly ten years at Apple Computer, rising to Controller, Global Infrastructure. I started my career at Ernst & Young LLP, earning my CPA and CISA designations (inactive). I have an MBA from San Jose State Univ, and my BSBA from Cal Poly State Univ, San Luis Obispo My love of the combination of arts and youth education keeps me active with SFShakes.org, as CFO and Board Member for more than 15 years. Successful IPO (NYSE: PGA), 12 quarters of analyst calls with Adecco (NYSE: ADO) as Division CFO, managed S-1 and S-3 filings, and participated in SAS70 audits (SOX404 for service providers).

Keith has had extensive experience in all aspects of financial operations, accounting and business development, leading teams from two to 150+. His experience includes pre-IPO start-up funding (assisting startups raise over $60M), mergers and acquisitions, and all facets of operations. Specialties:Over 15 mergers/acquisitions/joint ventures, and post-acquisition integration efforts during past 10 yrs: Apple (Kaleida Labs, Taligent), Adecco (Ecco-$100M, TAD Resources-$1B, and twelve others under $50M); 3 private placements - CruelWorld ($21M), BrassRing ($35M), Page Systems ($6M); 3 divestitures – Apple (Wall Data Systems), Adecco (NYSE - PGA), Icon Compliance (leveraged buyout).
