VP : Fidelity Investments and Others - []
Lorraine spent 11+ years at Fidelity Investments designing client initiatives and marketing solutions. She worked with flagship accounts including HP, Rubbermaid, Verizon, Washington Mutual, and the University of California system. While at Fidelity, she created the vision and blueprint for the next generation customer engagement experience of the firm’s discretionary management product. Previously, Lorraine headed Corporate Communications for a national retailer in crisis where she influenced 10,000+ employees across 150 locations to support reorganization and emergence. She began her marketing career at a global management consulting firm. Industry awards include the Profit Sharing Council of America (PSCA), New England Direct Mail Association (NEDMA) and the prestigious Telly Awards organization. She serves as a judge for Temple University’s Fox School of Business annual competition and is a Brand Ambassador for the invitation-only Marketing Executives Networking Group.
