Managing Director

Mid-Market Securities, LLC

Office in San Rafael, CA, near San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Mid-Market Securities is an investment bank Broker/Dealer, HQ in New York. We have about two dozen people across the country (and sometimes internationally) who work collaboratively sharing experience and expertise.

What We Do: We provide smaller-to-mid-sized private companies solutions to support their growth goals, address challenges to the business, and/or enable the owners' personal financial goal of maximizing the value of the company and getting some liquidity -- either now or in the future. Mostly, that means capital, business sales, mergers & acquisitions, and consulting assignments to build future value.

Based on the owners' needs, the business and the market, we'll recommend the best available solution to achieve their goals -- often to reduce wealth concentration risk and keep more net of tax -- then we lead and manage the complex, confidential process of preparing the company and negotiating a successful transaction.

Not only does our process reduce risk and stress for owners, it enables them to focus on growth in the short term, while we focus on securing their future wealth and lifestyle options.
