Ultimate responsibility for all external financial reporting, as well as analysis and budget management company-wide. Provides supervision to the accounting/finance group in addition to the logistics and distribution group.

In the role of Director of Finance I oversaw finance/accounting and back-office operations for this new start-up. Extensive financial projection work, investor relations, preparation of investor presentation materials, compiling and reporting financial projections/business plan; analysis of competitive environment and pricing structure.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) : Hattaway-Baxter, LLC / Sealing Agents - [2005-08 to 2009-06]
Oversaw the accounting, credit, information technology, and human resource functions of the organization which included 7 entities (broadly referred to as Hattaway-Baxter & affiliates) under common/similar ownership, including Inc5000 award-winner Sealing Agents Waterproofing, Inc.

Ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all financial reporting and GAAP compliance. Responsible for all insurance, benefits, and lending/leasing negotiations and arrangements. Shared P&L ownership, and management of high-level budgets. I reported to the CEO, and served as a member of the strategic leadership team. Key achievements included leadership of 5 successful business acquisition transactions (out of 8 attempted), MS Dynamics Great Plains implementation, negotiation of multiple credit facilities, mortgages, and aircraft/vehicle/equipment loans and leases, and facilitating a tenfold revenue and headcount increase over a 7 year period
