RMM Accounting specializes in Start-up, Growth and Turnaround business situations. We work as partners with our clients to provide individualized business solutions based on client needs and goals. For new businesses we offer business planning, development of banking and vendor relationships, and financial modeling services designed for the critical beginning stages of life. For growth stage businesses, we offer financial and operational planning, including cash flow budgeting, staffing and work flow process planning, and organizational development. For Turnaround situations, our services include investigative accounting, cash flow, product and staffing analysis. Chief Financial Officer : Advantage Capital Equity Solutions - [2007-04 to 2008-08]
Jacksonville, FL. Mortgage Banker/Private Equity Fund Manager; $35 Million in originations in 1st year; 31 Employees. Wrote the business plan and financial model that allowed the Company to raise $2 million in seed equity capital. Established the Finance, Human Resources and Administrative operations departments. Launched the $74 million Private Placement Memorandum investment fund.

Chief Financial Officer : Quality Home Loans - [2005-04 to 2007-04]
Calabasas, CA. Mortgage Banker/Private Equity Fund Manager; over $1 Billion in originations during 2005-2006; 225+ employees. Developed and managed the Finance and Human Resources departments. Built and implemented the Company’s first annual & strategic budgets. Negotiated over $200 million in lines of credit and established banking relationships. Managed Investor relations/reporting for 3 private investment funds with over 500 partners; and completed first CPA audit in company history.

Controller/CFO : Production Photo/Graphics - [2003-01 to 2005-04]
Hawthorne, CA Commercial photo and graphics lab; $15 million in revenues, 88 employees; 12 International Dealerships; 3 remote sales offices. Manage Accounting and HR departments including all financial and tax reporting, financial planning and benefits and employee programs. Updated the Company's costing and pricing models, increasing the operating profit margin by 3%. Decreased worker’s compensation incidents and allowed Company to fight fraudulent claims resulting in first decrease in insurance rates in 4 years. Decreased overtime costs by 40% by working with operations on job scheduling during peak periods.

Chief Operating Officer : Federal TransTel, Inc. - [2001-11 to 2002-12]
Birmingham, AL; Business services company; $64 million in customer billings; 1 location, 103 employees. Led Company through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Renegotiated key vendor contracts to allow resumption of outsourced services. Created a new marketing plan and secured six new national contracts. Rebuilt Company morale and employee trust. Developed and implemented plan of reorganization.

Controller : PUREBeauty - [2000-02 to 2001-11]
Encino, CA Retail chain of beauty supply and salon service stores. $26 million in revenues; 375 employees, 45 locations, 4 states. Reduced labor costs by 9% through development of labor tracking program. Managed construction budgets for new store build-outs; coordinating with site acquisition and design and construction contractors. Led the due diligence team for new acquisitions.

Chief Financial Officer : WorldSite Networks - [1994-08 to 2000-02]
Beverly Hills, CA Internet Services, Telecommunications, Graphic design, Payment processing, Real Estate investment and management; $60 million in Revenues; 115 Employees. Managed the financial department for 12 companies and 3 real estate partnerships; including negotiating the financial agreements for the partnerships. Developed the business plan and coordinated growth of staff and sales. Led the IPO planning process for WorldSite.
