I have successfully leveraged my background in manufacturing, government and accounting management into a successful career implementing financial and enterprise systems for some of the world's largest corporations and government/military organizations. In one organization alone I was able to save $30 million from the bottom line in a single year through restructuring and modest changes to accounting management, information systems and budgetary policies.

Contract services to organizations seeking to improve their Oracle Financials systems and peripheral software solutions.

Principal Consultant : Mincom, Inc. - [1994-07 to 2006-06]
Project Management and Financial / Accounting Implementation services for clients implementing Mincom's Ellipse Enterprise system. Also functioned as a corporate accounting expert evaluating requirements of SOX, IFRS and JFMIP requirements to determine whether modifications might be required to core accounting functionality. Developer of tools to shorten implementation cycle and develop implementation methodology.

Senior Consultant / Project Manager : Dun & Bradstreet Software - [1991-02 to 1993-10]
Manage implementations of Expert Series financial software within the state and local government arena.

Owner & General Manager : RS Bella & Associates - [1989-03 to 1991-01]
Provided independent contract services to state governments.

Senior Consultant / Project Manager : MSA - [1985-03 to 1989-03]
Provided project management, consulting and marketing services for a newly created public sector division geared toward federal, state and local government. Worked as expatriated American in Singapore and in Atlanta and Denver.

Chief Financial Officer : Oregon Department of General Services - [1980-12 to 1985-03]
Functioned as both CFO and COO to restructure the $650 million General Services agency to function as a business under the umbrella of state government. Direct management responsibility over accounting, information systems and payroll departments.

Corporate Controller : Liberty Communications, Inc. - [1979-08 to 1980-10]
Functioned as Corporate Controller and Treasurer for one of the pioneer companies in cable and broadcast television. Managed Accounting, IT and Customer Services/Billing organization.

Division Controller : Crown Zellerbach Corporation - [1970-07 to 1979-08]
Controller for five divisions of Crown Zellerbach that included Chemical, Synthetic Fibers and Nonwoven Fabrics manufacturing; Research and Development and Environmental Services. The latter two agencies managed multi-million capital investments for the CZ paper mills, chemical, timberlands and packaging organizations.
