Regional Controller : Little Caesars Enterprises - [1999-03 to 2000-08]
Managed staff and all data for store operations in the west coast. Payables/Receiveables/Reporting/ERP Conversion.

Real Estate Accounting Supervisor : Kmart Resource Center - [1996-10 to 1999-02]
Oversaw all real estatae accounting functions for 2200 leases and two-three dozen company owned stores. Calculation of percentage rent, payment of notes/mortgages, and accruing for store expenses. Was an active part of the development of new technology to automate our various lease obligations and improve processes to manage efficiently with lean staff.

Entry level position as staff accountant evolved into portfolio manager for $800M FNMA/FHLMC mortgage loans in a growing company. Was privately held at the time I worked there. Later was sold/went public as Quicken Home Loans, and then bought back to private status.
