Hired in 1995 as Plant Accounting Supervisor and advanced to Plant Controller, Dual-Plant Controller, then Area/Business Unit Controller. Supervised financial operations of multi-plant business unit with 450 employees and over $180 million in annual revenues. Responsible for accurate revenue recognition, consistent monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and analysis of financial results within the requirements of GAAP and Corporate and Division policies, daily performance reporting, asset management, capital justifications, IT systems administration, travel & entertainment expense oversight, broker/outside sales commission administration, among other responsibilities.
