I am seasoned business executive with more than 25 years of experience in management and leadership roles, across the areas of finance, operations and general management and I am a CPA.

For a significant portion of my career, I have been part of the tradeshow industry, specifically a client-facing market niche providing exhibitors with labor, account and program management services. In that time, I served as Controller for a startup labor services subsidiary, and then as its GM following a merger and integration of two competitors in the industry. After a corporate restructuring/downsizing I was assigned a second division (dual GM role) on the account/program management side of the business. In my recent Director role, I worked directly with the company President on cost driver initiatives. In each of those roles, I was successful in streamlining infrastructure and business processes, in controlling and reducing costs, and in contribution margin improvement.
