An ACA Corner Case?


"For the ACA, if the measurement period for my company is 3 months and an hourly ee meets the 30 hour requirement, do we have to provide insurance during the Administration period or can we offer it to the hourly employee effective up to 3 months later after the admin period?"

Employees that you determine to be full-time during the measurement period must be offered insurance during the duration of your stability. The administrative period is a maximum of 90 days and is not to be confused with three months.
